Explore idyllic Sardinia

Scroll through images of past trips using arrows.

Join us in Sardinia, the second-largest island in the Mediterranean, with its captivating blend of stunning beaches, rugged landscapes, rich history, and unique culture.

Get off the tourist track to experience the simpler, slower-paced distinctive Sardinian lifestyle. Learn why the island is considered a Blue Zone, where people live significantly longer and healthier lives compared to global averages.

  • Enjoy dinners of local specialties prepared specifically for our group. Visit a local wine cellar and sample local wines that offer a rich palette of flavors and a connection to the island's diverse heritage.

  • Explore villages and historical centers with experienced local guides, plus time on your own. Visit a local cheese producer and bread maker and learn how Sardinia's traditional flatbread is made.

  • Learn Sardinia's culinary traditions in a hands-on cooking class, and later experience ancient traditions of a Shepherd's Lunch hosted and prepared by local shepherds.

  • Explore a charming fishing village, along Sardinia's western coast, known for its cultural and historical significance, particularly its archaeological sites. Visit a Spanish tower that overlooks the gulf and ancient ruins of Tharros, a Phoenician city, and admire the "Giants of Mont'e Prama," ancient stone sculptures.

  • Take in breathtaking views of Sardinia's stunning coastline and turquoise waters on a boat tour.
